Is a community response to drug use. We provide non-judgemental
support, guidance and education to drug users, their families and the
community, enabling them to cope with and overcome the effects of drug
use in their everyday lives.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
* To have responsibility for the development and delivery of a
quality Early Learning Centre.
* To work with children in their group setting through and
Individual Care Plan Format providing targeted work to address
specific assessed needs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Experience of working in an Early Years Setting
* Ability to work after children in a loving and caring manner
* Have a strong work ethic
* Minimum Level 5 QQI Qualification in Early childhood care and
education
MAIN DUTIES
* To work within the overall aims and objectives of Realt
Beag/Ballyfermot STAR CLG.
* To work under the daily supervision and direction of the Room
Leader/Centre Manager.
* To have responsibility for providing the day to day operation of
the Early Learning Centre.
* To organise a safe and stimulating environment for the children
who attend the Centre.
* To plan programmes which offer the children opportunities for
exploration, self-expression, development and education.
